The Project

With the Synopsis of the project finally out of the way and a IRC channel and wiki set up for collaboration from the comfort of our homes, the project seems to be on track. All we shall need to get us through the next semester, project-wise, will be enough information off the Net, books, etc in the form of tutorials, forums and generally people willing to help.

So, after being a dormant StumbleUpon user for quite some time, with an account dating back to Pentium-III times, when I used easwarno1/ Easwar88 etc as my handle and really easy passwords, I struck upon the idea of leveraging the community’s might to direct me to web pages which can help us on our way.

It was as simple as “Liking” the few pages full of information we had Googled out and categorizing them under embedded systems. After all, if StumbleUpon can find me Calvin and Hobbes quotes off this (WIN) site, it can very well find me tutorials which address our weaknesses in the software area.
